This property is located in the Valle del Rio Puelo, Cochamo county. It has a total area of 206 hectares (unit conversion: 1 hectare = 2.47 acres).
The property is divided in lots with the potential of future urbanization if investors would like to.
Close to the main house, the following have been cultivated: oats, potatoes, wheat, and fodder for the horses.
There are approximately 35 hectares of cleared land (without forest) and another similar area that can also be cleared.
No type of chemicals has been applied to the land; only manure has been used.

A river/estuary borders the entire western limit of the property. It flows initially from the lake and later feeds a river basin. There are pools where you can bathe.
In addition to the river, there are two streams that cross the property where water is obtained for the houses, and the falls potentially may generate electricity in winter by means of a hydraulic turbine. Geography and nature:
The property is surrounded by the Andes mountains range, and it contains different geographies: flat terrain, gentle hills, and abrupt cuts due to the mountain. This diversity of terrain offers many different, spectacular views.
In the native forest of this property, you can find species such as Cypress and Coihues. There is little undergrowth, which allows you to walk through the woods over small springs that cross the path. This is a special place for wild boar, puma, pudu, and guiña, which are the protagonists of the local fauna.
The property is limiting the borders of a National Forest Park project known as “Conserva Pucheguin”. This project plans to extend the future National Forest to Argentina. This will be a Bi-national Forest(Chile and Argentina)
