Location

El Cercon is in the Cunco Council of the La Aruacania Region of Chile only 6 kilometers north of Lake Caburgua and 50 kilometers from Cunco. Temuco is the closest large city being a 2-hour drive.

The La Araucania airport in Temeco is the closest airport and located 690 kilometers south of Santiago, Chile and is a 2-hour drive by vehicle from the property.

Access

Access is by improved road system.

Elevation Topography Vegetation

The property lies in a small central valley surrounded with ravines and mountains covered in native trees and shrubs including species such as Araucaria (Monkey-Puzzle trees- an evergreen similar to pines), Lenga (deciduous beech tree), Nirre (deciduous rainforest tree), Coigue (evergreen trees), and Manio (hardwood tree resistant to rot) with natural grasslands and 36 hectares of cleared land. From the valley floor the property climbs to an elevation of approximately 1,670 meters (5,479 feet).

El Cercon is well improved with an immaculate main home appointed with wood floors, exposed beams, and excellent finishings. The main home is 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and maids quarters and has a large garden, swimming pool, barbecue and entertaining areas with dramatic views of the Villarrica Volcano and Lake Caburgua.
