The ranch is flat to rolling at an elevation of 8500-8800 ft across the mountains overlooking Guadalupita Canyon covered with stands of thick timber interspersed with open meadows of high mountain grasses, draws and natural and man-made surface ponds.

Snow skiing and golfing are found within an hour of the ranch at Angel Fire Ski and Golf Resort. Angel Fire is 4th in snowfall of all New Mexico ski resorts and has 80 runs. It also has the state’s best terrain park and only night skiing.
