The owner does not believe the spring has been adjudicated.

Hunting

Hunting for whitetail, turkey, waterfowl and other upland birds is excellent.  The property provides excellent cover, water and food sources for wildlife and with little investment can be improved to be substantial wildlife habitat.

Fishing

With frontage on the Arkansas River there is opportunity to fish for catfish. Also within a short drive of some great tailwater fishing below the Pueblo Dam.
