Ranch Property Brief

Wallace Creek Ranch is an excellent production ranch, well suited for raising cattle, hay as well as crops such as sudan, oats and wheat. The ranch consists of 716 +/- acres with approximately 160 acres in coastal and an additional 30 acres in cultivation.  Wallace Creek runs through the property for about one half mile and the ranch has an artesian well that flows about 1.5 gallons per minute.

There ranch has numerous building sites that a new owner can build and the ranch is improved with an all weather road to the center of ranch where there is an excellent set of pipe cattle pens, water lot, working chute, and cattle trap. There is also a concrete water tank and water troughs located at the pens where the artesian water well is located. 

Water

Wallace creek is a very well watered ranch having Wallace creek flow through on the southern end and several large dirt tanks as well as an artesian well. 

Hunting

There is decent whitetail hunting on the range as well as good hog hunting.
